📋 Description

• Assess and evaluate existing design systems, processes, and operating models • Help clients define design system strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and adoption plans • Design and build scalable systems including components, patterns, foundations, and documentation • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure systems work effectively across design and code • Improve consistency, quality, accessibility, and scalability across products and experiences • Use AI and emerging technologies to improve how systems are created, maintained, and evolved • Guide teams through implementation and adoption challenges • Help clients understand what good looks like and how to get there • Contribute to thought leadership, accelerators, and reusable methods that strengthen Product Studio's capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in design systems and scalable product design • Experience building, evolving, and governing design systems used across multiple teams, products, or business units • Strong understanding of component architecture, design tokens, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency • Ability to work comfortably with both designers and engineers • Strong consulting and communication skills • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at different levels of an organization • Experience helping teams adopt and operationalize design systems • Extensive experience using AI as part of your day-to-day practice and exploring how it changes design system creation and management • Curiosity, pragmatism, and a bias toward action • A portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
