• DDD & clean-architecture delivery experience • Hands-on micro-services architecture • Solid system-design / tech-stack evaluation skills • Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases • Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, or similar) • Experience with search technologies (OpenSearch, Elasticsearch) • Git & mainstream branch models (GitFlow, Trunk-Based) • Proven prod-issue troubleshooting and alert optimisation • Strong cross-team communication & knowledge-sharing • Code-quality best practices and team coaching
