📋 Description

• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project. • Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements. • Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets. • Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities. • Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs. • Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task. • Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges. • Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations. • Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs. • Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review. • Carrying out POCs to ensure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Total experience 7+ years. • Strong Salesforce programming skills in Apex and proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Expertise in Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) and Einstein Discovery. • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. • Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud with working knowledge of CPQ. • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of design patterns and their practical implementation. • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing). • Exposure to integration with third-party systems and advanced Salesforce modules. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
