📋 Description

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise database environments supporting the RMI application • Install, configure, monitor, and upgrade database management systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance • Develop and implement database backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies • Monitor database health, troubleshoot performance issues, and perform tuning to maximize efficiency • Ensure database security by implementing access controls, encryption, auditing, and compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements • Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity personnel to support application development, deployment, and maintenance • Design and implement database structures, indexes, stored procedures, and queries to support application functionality • Perform database migrations, patching, and upgrades while minimizing system downtime • Maintain database documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures • Support testing, troubleshooting, and production releases throughout the software development lifecycle • Participate in system planning, architecture reviews, and continuous process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience with Amazon QuickSight is highly preferred • Current credentials in relevant information technology and software development practices preferred • Tier 3 Clearance and must be a U.S. Citizen
