📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the platform, application suite, market and customers to drive strategic planning and growth in returns, exchanges, delivery claims and similar capabilities • Serve as a driving force for innovation in the customer and end user experience, working closely with design and research teams on developing the best UX for hundreds of millions of consumers • Interface with clients to gather requirements, iterate on product features, and represent Narvar as a valuable business partner • Build strong relationships and facilitate strategic alignment and decision-making with cross-functional leads and other product managers • Identify and interpret immediate and/or upcoming client needs and work with the team to develop a product feature plan that addresses them • Specify, prioritize, and communicate product requirements that contain user stories, business rules, flows, interaction design guidance, and use cases • Define and analyze key product feature metrics to optimize features post-launch • This role reports to the Director of Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software product management experience in high-leverage roles • 5+ years working in SaaS startups, ideally in ecommerce or retail fields • Track record of creating highly intuitive and usable business- and consumer-facing experiences • Ability to drive growth in ambiguous environments and bring others along • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and geographies • Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing data to set strategic goals while ensuring continuous measurement and iteration against it • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to flex your style based on the audience and effectively engage C-level executives • Ability to keep perspective • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, economics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience • Bonus: Familiarity with Metabase, SQL, or similar business intelligence tools • Bonus: Technical background, ability to read and understand API documentation or formal education in programming
