📋 Description

• Lead commercial planning, defining targets, KPIs and growth strategies. • Structure sales processes and routines, ensuring predictable results and integration with marketing and post-sales (support). • Manage and develop teams focused on new business, relationship management and commercial intelligence, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and results orientation. • Monitor sales funnel performance with an analytical mindset and the ability to apply tactical interventions when necessary. • Participate in strategic negotiations with mid-market and large enterprise clients. • Work in alignment with marketing to coordinate demand generation, inbound and outbound activities, ensuring lead quality and conversion. • Contribute to CRM enhancement and to the adoption of modern consultative selling practices and sales automation tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial leadership at the director level, preferably in mid-sized B2B software, technology or services companies (approx. R$100M to R$1B). • Knowledge (and proven results) in digital marketing strategies applied to sales, inbound and outbound funnels, automation and CRM. • Strong analytical capability to interpret metrics and guide data-driven decisions. • Collaborative profile with the ability to engage teams and develop talent. We seek leaders, not bosses. • Excellent communication skills, empathy and a willingness to learn continuously. We prioritize the ability to learn over existing knowledge.
