📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of robust data governance frameworks and MDM strategies. • Partner with client stakeholders to define data governance strategies. • Design and implement MDM solutions for consistent and accurate data. • Develop data policies, standards, and stewardship models. • Establish metadata management practices and data lineage tracking. • Define and monitor data quality metrics and lead remediation efforts. • Evaluate and deploy governance tools and support cloud-native integration. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on data literacy. • Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulations. • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to best practices in data governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in data governance, data management, or MDM consulting roles. • Strong understanding of MDM principles, architectures, and implementation patterns. • Experience with governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Talend. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern data stacks. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a consultative approach. • Comfortable working in agile, client-facing environments with autonomy and ownership.**** • Certifications in data governance, MDM, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). • Experience with data cataloging, lineage, and metadata management. • Background in data quality frameworks and profiling tools. • Exposure to data mesh, data fabric, or federated governance models.****
