📋 Description

• Staffing and Resourcing for Customer Engagements. • Develop, implement and manage resource management tools, systems and processes to meet business demand. • Manage the allocation of personnel to projects based on commercial contracts and agreed delivery schedules - balancing client needs, employee development, and business objectives. • Work closely with sales, presales, practice leads and project managers to forecast demand and manage resource allocation effectively. • Forecast and report resource capacity including bench, hiring and project roll-off. • Maintain visibility of current and upcoming projects to forecast resource needs. • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, facilitate collaboration and improve resource efficiency. • Identify gaps in skill sets and help identity recruitment needs and initiatives to ensure the right mix of talent. • Support practices to maximise team productivity, including reporting. • Innovate across business operations, systems and processes to create and scale a Resource Management model with a focus on automation and AI adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (5 years+) in resource management in a similar technology services businesses • Experience dealing with teams of over 100 resources. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in resource planning best practices and tools. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Agility to adapt to shifting demands and priorities. • Solid understanding of success metrics and a strong understanding of delivery and business operations. • Solid understanding of technologies, with experience of working with engineering teams (Cloud, Data, Software).
