📋 Description

• Independently lead the development of machine learning models to support PX initiatives such as experience quality evaluation and personalized patient outreach. • Design and build Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, including LLM-based assistants for operational efficiency, agent coaching and personalized patient support. • Advance the LLM-powered QA engine to identify recurring pain points and service opportunities across channels. • Translate business problems into scalable analytical/science solutions, partnering closely with PX stakeholders across the teams. • Evaluate model performance, lead A/B testing and experimentation, and iterate on models to drive continuous improvement. • Mentor and coach junior data scientists and analysts, providing guidance on technical execution, project prioritization, and best practices in AI/ML.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science/ML/GenAI, with demonstrated impact in healthcare, operations, or enterprise platforms. • Advanced proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.). • Deep experience in machine learning and statistical modeling (regression, classification, clustering, etc.). • Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, prompt tuning, embeddings). • Knowledge of experimentation and causal inference, including A/B testing design and analysis. • Proficiency in operationalizing models and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to bridge technical insights with business value. • Proven ability to mentor and uplift team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets in Snowflake or WS data lake (Preferred). • Familiarity with the AWS data stack (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda, Data Mesh architecture) (Preferred).
