📋 Description

• Work within a business domain to enhance efficiency and productivity with AI tools • Map workflows to identify step-change opportunities with AI, ML, or automation • Build business cases and quantify projected impact • Design future-state workflows with agents and human roles • Build and connect AI systems with business tools • Run agents and automation pipelines in production while tracking performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on technical fluency in CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting • Working knowledge of LLM and agent behavior — prompting, context, tool use, RAG, MCP, evals, failure modes • Comfort with cloud platforms • Trustworthy with elevated access, understanding of least-privilege and auditability • Strong technical and process judgment • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings
