📋 Description

• Oversee product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Women’s Health, Organ Health, and Rare Disease Diagnostics • Establish partnerships with General Managers to align on strategic goals • Audit existing product roadmaps and identify gaps in user experience • Support commercialization of new products and drive improvements in the existing products • Manage a team of Digital Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Integration Engineers • Collaborate with Software Engineering for technical roadmap implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in software product engineering or technology leadership • Significant background in Clinical Genomics, Diagnostics, or Rare Disease • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-product portfolios and managing senior leaders • Deep understanding of software infrastructure (LIMS, Portals, EMR) for high-volume genetic testing • Proven track record of managing high-stakes partnerships between business units and centralized engineering
