📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders • Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and process workflows • Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements • Support cross-functional teams in implementing business solutions • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track defects/issues through resolution • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders • Maintain organized documentation and knowledge repositories

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, IT, Finance, or related fields preferred) • 0–1 years of experience (internships, academic projects, or training programs accepted) • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
