📋 Description

• Analyze and document system requirements and workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions • Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure • Evaluate software and hardware options and recommend optimal solutions • Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals • Provide technical support and training to end-users • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field • Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) • Familiarity with database management systems and cloud platforms • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and system architecture • Experience with project management and business analysis • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are a plus • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Capability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Willingness to work hard • Team player
