📋 Description
• Provides individual, group, and family mental health services • Completes all required documentation in a timely manner • Coordinates and monitors services for youth and family in the community • Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement activities
🎯 Requirements
• Must be independently licensed (LICSW, LMFT, or LPC) • 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferred • Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Good driving record and minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
