📋 Description

• Manage overall servicing, profitability, and performance of assigned client accounts and meet portfolio objectives. • Organize, manage, coordinate, and communicate account activities to invested parties. • Act as account executive and primary liaison between assigned clients and nimble solutions. • Coach and develop team members to deliver quality client service. • Serve as primary point of contact and promptly respond to client inquiries. • Engage in regular client interaction via e-mail, conference calls, and in-person visits to ensure customer satisfaction. • Interface with client service staff to ensure accurate preparation, analysis, and presentation of client deliverables. • Proactively identify potential client performance problems and implement remediation plans. • Ensure appropriate resources are available and utilized to maximize account performance. • Monitor, evaluate, and report on billing effectiveness/cash flow and recommend improvements to increase productivity and profitability. • Stay current on payment trends, coding, and payer requirement changes and act on variances. • Generate standard and ad hoc client reports, including commentary on nimble's value to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid background in all aspects of physician revenue cycle management. • At least two years in accounts receivable, coding, or payer contracting. • ASC billing experience preferred • Proficient knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures, including a solid understanding of the current regulatory environment. • Experience using Practice Management and EMR systems as it relates to production and client reporting. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. • Ability to work with a high degree of independence; must be proactive. • Proven client relationship skills; must be able to work effectively with physicians and senior management.
