• Native is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to join our team. • This role coordinates cross-functional teams, aligns efforts to meet project goals, maintains documentation, and facilitates communication between technical and non-technical members to ensure clarity. • Collaborate with the Tech Head to plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the development of Native. • Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery of various development projects. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, researchers, and stakeholders, to align efforts and meet project goals. • Maintain and review product documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and progress. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the development process. • Track product milestones and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership. • Support the implementation of best practices in project management. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including both Native-related materials and internal resources like onboarding guides and process documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields. • Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably in software development or blockchain / DeFi related projects. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in project management tools (Notion) and Github. • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
