• Own performance measurement, attribution and media-mix modelling across international markets • Establish trusted definitions for sign-ups, paying users and cost per acquisition • Connect the data warehouse to business tools and eliminate reliance on manual exports • Identify, fix and document data-quality issues and inconsistent market coding • Assess, select and implement attribution approaches, including business cases for new tooling • Build media-mix modelling and incrementality testing, including geo experiments and lift studies • Guide budget allocation within and across markets • Measure the acquisition funnel from first impression to first payment across paid, organic, CRM and owned channels • Analyse app and web user behaviour to improve conversion, engagement and retention • Extend measurement into activation, retention and referral • Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting and analytical models using Snowflake, Mixpanel and Tableau • Act as analytical business partner to regional leads • Translate commercial questions into analysis and findings into business decisions • Present findings to senior leadership in clear commercial language • Partner with finance on lifetime value, payback period and contribution margin • Collaborate with performance marketing, brand, CRM, organic, product analytics, finance and regional teams • Contribute to maintaining and improving the quality system, especially ISO 13485 compliance
• Technically very strong, hands-on analyst • Fluent SQL • Confidence with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery • Experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker • Ability to derive business metrics from raw transactional datasets • Deep performance-marketing analytics experience, including media-mix modelling, attribution and incrementality testing (geo experiments, lift studies, MMM) • Strong command of CAC, LTV, payback and unit economics • Full-funnel understanding across acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation across app and web • Typically 6+ years in growth, marketing or product analytics, ideally in a subscription or app business • Commercial storytelling skills for non-technical and C-level audiences • Hands-on and operational approach; comfortable building foundations that do not yet exist • Fluent English • Based in Stockholm, London or Berlin • Applications must be submitted in English • Not a consultant or recruitment agency engagement
