📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage effective fundraising strategies and techniques • Grow short- and long-term membership revenue through audience-first approach • Evaluate and launch new fundraising innovation approaches • Collaborate with internal department leaders and stakeholders • Manage and align staff efforts to match priorities set by senior management • Inform, monitor, and act on holistic reporting and analytics at audience level • Lead decisions for all Membership audiences within defined scope

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years related experience • Experience in the development and deployment of direct response strategies • Experience in planning and delivering budgetary responsibilities • Experience managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team • Experience developing, managing and implementing multiple projects and strategic goals • Experience working across complex organizations • Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple organizational levels • Experience, coursework, or other training in principles, practices, procedures, and evolving trends in direct response fundraising
