• Develop and optimize cosmetic and dietary supplement products from concept through to market launch • Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new product opportunities • Create product briefings and manage manufacturers, laboratories and development partners • Oversee formulation, sampling and optimization processes • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for cosmetics and dietary supplements in the EU • Optimize existing products for quality, customer satisfaction and profitability • Work closely with marketing, design, operations and executive management
• Several years of experience in product development of cosmetic products and ideally dietary supplements • Proven experience developing and launching cosmetic products in the European market is required • Experience collaborating with manufacturers, laboratories and raw material suppliers • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the EU market • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style • Experience in e-commerce, Amazon, or DTC environments is a plus
