📋 Description
• Planning, designing and implementing client projects • Implementing customer requirements by programming and adapting ABAP and/or Fiori applications in the SAP HCM environment • Supporting clients in Greenfield, Brownfield and SDT-based transformation projects • Participating in client workshops and trainings, and conducting them independently where applicable • Taking responsibility for subject-matter areas and mentoring colleagues
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or vocational training in a commercial or technical field successfully completed • In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP HCM module and experience in ABAP development, or implementation/extension of Fiori ESS/MSS scenarios and the Fiori Launchpad • Strong technical expertise, ability to provide consulting and explain complex technical topics clearly • Experience mentoring and coaching junior colleagues and trainees
