📋 Description

• Take ownership of our data ecosystem as a Data Platform Engineering Manager • Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team of data engineers • Define the strategic vision and technical roadmap for our data platform • Critically evaluate architectural proposals and technical designs • Champion engineering excellence by embedding best practices • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Analytics, Operations and Security teams • Drive projects from inception to delivery • Engage with clients and vendors on integration patterns

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading, managing, and scaling high-performing data mesh architectures • Ability to connect technical architecture decisions directly to business outcomes • Understanding of cost, risk, and revenue impact • Experience with FinTech / Banking • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or Go • Strong technical background in cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP) • Deep understanding of modern platform engineering principles • Experience designing, building, and operating scalable, distributed systems in a regulated environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
