📋 Description

• Undertaking and enabling automated testing activities in all delivery models • Supporting teams to develop quality solutions • Enabling continuous integration and assurance of defect free deployment of customer value. • Contributing to the transformation of testing using quality processes, tools and methodologies. • Ensuring repeatable, constant and consistent quality is built into all phases of the idea to value life cycle. • Evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. • Collaborating with the team to define the scope of manual and automated testing, creation of automated test scripts, user documentation and artefacts. • Making decisions based on robust data, return on investment and value measures, • Enabling the cross skilling of colleagues with the skills and benefits of end-to-end automation testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of end-to-end automated testing using the latest tools • Experience leading automation across frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Rest API, Appium • Good understanding of Agile methodologies • Hands-on experience on working on SaaS based devices such as Sauce Labs, Browser Stack • Strong experience in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript • Good working knowledge on using AI in Quality Engineering. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management level colleagues • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on experience working on CI/CD Tooling like GitLab, GitHub
