📋 Description

• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in operational tools and software applications • Proactively communicate opportunities and risks for 340B program qualifications • Conduct mock audit exercises in conjunction with partner organizations • Effectively utilize analytics tools to track and trend successes and opportunities • Develop and maintain policies and procedures in scope of 340B compliance • Perform human resources responsibilities for staff including interviewing and selection of new associates • Motivate and lead a high-performance team • Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • Master’s degree is desired • 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) credential highly preferred • 3 years of overall pharmacy experience required • 3 years in a position highly or entirely focused on the 340B program preferred • 3+ years of program management experience preferred • 3+ years of 340B Health System experience highly preferred • Experience with developing business cases, roadmaps, and program metrics • Demonstrated leadership skills include the ability to effectively develop and assist team members required
