📋 Description

• Serve as a technical authority in cybersecurity • Participate in the planning, design, implementation, configuration, and migration of firewall and network security solutions • Provide technical support to the Sales team in developing solutions, proposals, sizing, and responses to customer requirements • Analyze Terms of Reference, tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial opportunity documents • Issue technical opinions on information security solutions, projects, products, technologies, and requirements • Support the development of cybersecurity technical projects • Act as a Level 3 escalation point for highly complex incidents, problems, and requests • Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions • Support the definition and review of firewall security policies, rules, objects, NAT, VPNs, filters, and configurations • Assess risks and vulnerabilities and propose mitigation measures • Participate in the acceptance testing of new security technologies, solutions, and equipment • Deliver technical training to NOC, SOC, Sales, and other related teams • Produce technical documentation, procedures, configuration standards, operational guides, and training materials • Guide teams during critical implementations and highly complex requests • Support the development of security standards and best practices for NBS Telecom services • Monitor cybersecurity trends, technologies, threats, and solutions • Identify operational and security risks and propose actions to reduce the organization’s exposure • Support audits, compliance assessments, and information security and data protection requirements • Ensure compliance with internal information security policies and applicable LGPD requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Postgraduate degree • Serve as a technical authority in cybersecurity • Experience implementing, configuring, migrating, and optimizing firewall and network security solutions • Knowledge of analyzing Terms of Reference, tender documents, technical specifications, and cybersecurity requirements • Knowledge of incident diagnosis, root cause analysis, and action plan development • Knowledge of firewall policies, rules, objects, NAT, VPNs, and filters • Knowledge of risk and vulnerability assessment for network architectures and services • Ability to deliver technical training and produce technical documentation • Knowledge of applicable LGPD requirements • Availability to work full-time hours
