📋 Description
• Contribute technical guidance within the team to support efficient delivery of features and promote high performance. • Actively participate in team process improvement and mentor less experienced team members. • Advise the team on selecting appropriate technology choices, considering scalability, maintainability, performance, and integration capabilities. • Proactively interact with internal and external clients to help clarify project requirements. • Design services and components using well-accepted design patterns to support iterative, independent development. • Identify proof-of-concepts to demonstrate key functionality or validate technical approaches.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience. • Strong knowledge in one or more programming languages and experience with relevant technology stacks. • Strong knowledge of web application development. • Ability to design and implement application components using proven industry patterns and best practices. • Strong problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. • Experience mentoring junior engineers and effectively collaborating with team members.
