• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers • Attend remote area ATM/CDM service and repair call • Perform ATM /CDM maintenance, repairs, and component replacements at the module level • Assist with site preparation, including cable installation, equipment staging, and standard testing • Provide regular status updates throughout the service process • Escalate issues following established procedures when necessary
• Performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and supporting site preparation activities • Deliver prompt and courteous responses to routine customer inquiries for Tier I products • Maintain accurate parts inventory and related records • Diagnose and resolve technical issues based on call details and direct interaction with customers • Take full ownership of customer issues until resolution in compliance with SLA requirements
