📋 Description

• Resolve customer problems and incidents through complete resolution in accordance with established SLAs • Perform services on low-complexity products and solutions, with a focus on financial products and ATMs • Perform minor repairs and component replacements on Level I equipment, including PCs, workstations, peripherals, printers, and front-end POS systems • Perform first-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks • Assist with site preparation, including cabling, equipment installation, basic testing, and modular replacements • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on products under your responsibility • Diagnose technical failures and perform minor repairs and module-level replacements • Store spare parts at home, receive and ship materials, and keep inventory up to date • Respond directly to customer needs by resolving incidents or escalating them to the supervisor, territory manager, or Control Tower • Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication at the local level • Represent NCR Atleos professionally while upholding the company’s image and values • Strictly follow all safety procedures, especially when working on ATMs and at financial institutions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in IT, including PC hardware maintenance and technical support; ATM servicing; or telecommunications • Knowledge of Windows operating systems • Experience using basic maintenance tools and Microsoft Office • Reside in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul • Registration with the CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians) • Valid driver’s license, Category B or higher • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (two doses) • Availability to travel within the state of Mato Grosso do Sul • Availability to work shifts scheduled by management, including weekends and overnight hours • Proactive and dynamic approach • Responsible and able to work independently • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills • Good interpersonal communication and customer-focused approach
