📋 Description

• Verify, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, and test equipment to ensure quality, long-lasting repairs • Repair chronic units and outliers, averaging 2 ATMs per day • Complete full preventative maintenance on all modules • Use NCR Atleos knowledge systems, repositories, and resources • Manage PPK to ensure correct parts are on hand • Review device logs and decode them to identify root causes • Travel outside the regular service area as needed • Provide input to knowledge systems when required • Deliver quality support and enhanced results against established KPIs and customer SLAs • Partner with local teams to coach and mentor when needed • Perform other duties in accordance with qualifications as directed by the employer

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in NCR ATM repair • Completion of Basic and Advanced ATM training in NCRU • Recommendation from your Direct Manager • Proven performance through quality data • Knowledge of NCR Atleos ATM diagnostic tools, troubleshooting, and repair processes • Preferred: Knowledge of Electrical Engineering • Preferred: Advanced understanding of Networking Technology • Preferred: Great knowledge of NCR Atleos’ products and processes • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job • Ability to comply with employee health and safety policies and standards • Ability to maintain accurate timekeeping and records of hours worked • Compliance with fleet policies and safe-driving requirements
