📋 Description

• Verify, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, and test equipment to ensure quality, long-lasting repairs • Repair chronic units and outliers, averaging two ATMs per day • Complete full preventative maintenance on all modules • Use NCR Atleos knowledge systems, repositories, and resources • Manage PPK to ensure correct parts are on hand • Review device logs and decode them to identify root causes • Travel outside the regular service area as needed, potentially requiring overnight stays • Provide input to Knowledge Systems as required • Deliver quality support and enhanced results against established KPIs and Customer SLAs • Identify equipment requiring specialized expertise within designated work zones • Partner with local teams to coach and mentor when needed • Report to the Master Field Technician Team Leader • Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with qualifications as directed by the employer

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in NCR ATM repair • Completion of Basic and Advanced ATM training in NCRU • Recommendation from your Direct Manager • Proven performance through quality data • Knowledge of NCR Atleos ATM Diagnostic tools, Troubleshooting, and Repair processes • Willingness and ability to travel outside the regular service area • Ability to work flexible schedules, including night and weekend shifts where applicable • Ability to perform overtime work upon management request or need • Compliance with employee health and safety policies and standards • Compliance with company fleet policies and safe-driving requirements • Successful passage of applicable screening criteria • Preferred: Knowledge of Electrical Engineering • Preferred: Advanced understanding of Networking Technology • Preferred: Great knowledge of NCR Atleos’ products and processes
