📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects comprising a program from the Plan Phase through the Deployment Phase • Initiate program structure and activities, recommend project management requirements, evaluate project plans, and manage issues and risks across projects • Oversee rollout of multiple programs across multiple sites • Coordinate program communications and compile project information for reviews • Promote governance compliance with the project management team • Mentor project team members • Participate in business case justification specializing in information technology • Manage the lifecycle of multiple key information solutions • Decompose programs into time-phased projects and prioritize key deliverables • Define project goals and objectives and identify customer and resource requirements • Develop program/project budgets and track incurred and projected expenses against plans • Develop and manage integrated program plans and ensure resources are committed and engaged • Identify program metrics, milestones, and risks • Prioritize resource allocation and manage cost, schedule, and resource variances • Produce project documentation and establish/maintain project information systems • Monitor and control projects and manage key decision points • Communicate effectively at Global, Regional, and Area levels • Ensure deliverables are produced and obtain partner sign-offs • Clarify partner roles and responsibilities • Review program documentation for completeness and accuracy • Conduct post-implementation reviews and communicate results • Establish ownership of enterprise-wide issues • Organize and coordinate cross-functional resources • Manage implementation of global business solutions • Virtually manage internal organizations to achieve tight schedules • Ensure successful project closures with positive CSAT surveys from customers • Perform other corresponding duties and tasks as directed by the employer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any Stream • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Program management / coordination / relevant LOB • Strong oral and written communication skills, including email proficiency (i.e., Exchange) • MS Project, MS Excel, Visio and MS Access competency • Teamwork skills appropriate to all levels of the organization • Proven direct experience working with customers • Financial technology (hardware and software) experience is a plus • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
