• HR Onboarding Specialist managing onboarding, compliance, and occupational requirements for all hires • Integral part of the business ensuring an elevated new hire experience
• Manage onboarding and occupational health requirements for assigned book of business • Create and maintain standard operating procedures on assigned book of business • Interpret occupational health medical results and determine appropriate vaccinations • Responsible for navigating conversations with new hires • Provide exceptional candidate experience to new hires • Review onboarding requirements for accuracy and determine employment eligibility • Consistent partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership • Navigate difficult conversations with heightened discretion • Maintain understanding of internal and external system integrations • Continuously refine and implement onboarding controls and audits
• 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar field • Talent onboarding experience is preferred • Clear communication and problem solving skills required • CRCR Certification, or willingness to obtain within 9 months of hire • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
