• Write automated tests • Collaborate with the team to build and continuously improve tests • Perform manual testing • Ensure solutions are delivered with quality • Understand the test pyramid and write test scenarios • Test alternate case flows • Support the team in creating and improving test cases • Monitor product stability • Identify and flag improvements for tests • Maintain integrated test environments • Understand and report security issues
🎯 Requirements
• Write automated tests and collaborate with the team to continuously build and improve automated and manual tests. • Perform manual testing and ensure solutions are delivered with quality. • Understand the test pyramid and write test scenarios. • Test alternate case flows in collaboration with the development team. • Support the team in the continuous construction and improvement of test cases. • Monitor product stability from a testing perspective. • Identify, flag and propose improvements to tests. • Contribute to maintaining integrated test environments. • Understand the importance of security. • Use that knowledge to raise issues to development for decision-making that may have security implications. • Ensure tasks are properly sized/estimated according to the backlog. • Contribute to the analysis of team metrics. • Help propose actions to improve performance indicators. • Regularly support company-defined practices and processes aimed at continuous improvement. • Occasionally facilitate discussions supporting the leader, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to share their opinions and be heard. • Seek guidance to broaden your own experience. • Sometimes mentor teammates in an open, respectful, flexible and empathetic manner. • Have an understanding of your team's domain and how it contributes to the overall business strategy. • Support the adoption of new testing trends. • Nice to have: experience with test automation (Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, Smoke Tests); testing types (white-box, black-box, performance, regression); test strategies and plans (test cases); API testing; functional and integrated testing (manual); defect management (faults, bugs and defects).
