PayPay, a fintech company, that achieved more than 50M users within around 3 years since its launch in 2018 has hugely diversified employees who are from 40 different countries. To build "PayPay", we allied with Paytm, the biggest payment service company in India. Based on their customer-first technologies , we created and expanded the smartphone payment service in Japan.

HRBP(リーダー候補)

• 全社のDX推進に向けて、各種ワークフローやITサービス管理業務等の社内業務を自動化するため、ローコード開発プラットフォームを利用しながら、スピード感をもって業務課題を解決していきます。
• BPRエンジニアが対全社的に各業務部門と調整した要件を元に、業務アプリケーションの開発/運用保守業務を行っていただきます。
• 開発はOutsystemsやWorkato等ローコード開発プラットフォームを利用します。
• 業務アプリケーション規模は大小様々なものがあり、設計から開発までを1名で担当実施するものもあれば、複数人で担当するものもあります。
• 開発は企画から納品まで1ヶ月〜長期のPJTでは半年以上など様々です。
• 開発をするにあたり、機能の提案や設計のアイデア等、BPR推進担当と協力して進めていきます。案件によっては業務部門とのMTGにも参加いただきます。

Salesforceエンジニア

• 今回は約600名の組織であるProduct統括本部のHRBP担当として、主に以下のミッションを遂行いただきます。 入社時はオンボーディング担当として、前任者から引継ぎを行う。具体的には、Product統括本部へ入社する社員向けのオンボーディングプログラムの運営や、 新規入社者の早期立ち上げのための各種フォロー(PayPayへの入社を機に日本に来日して働く社員もおり、オンボーディングのサポート範囲は業務的なことだけでなく、 彼らが安心して就業できる環境をつくるという観点でのサポートも含む) 引継ぎ後は、オンボーディングプログラムの企画をメインに担って頂く。(既存のプログラムを毎月運営するオペレーション部分は原則契約社員アシスタントと 派遣社員アシスタントが行う。正社員の当ポジションにつく方に期待することは、プログラムの効果検証を行い、よりよい状態にアップデートしていく企画部分) オンボーディングの引継ぎが完了した後は、オンボーディング以外の各種機能の業務も担って頂く(組織コンサルティング、労務対応、その他人事施策や制度の運営) ※ご経験や得意領域、事業や組織の状況にあわせてアサインメントを調整する予定です.
