• Design and run multi-channel campaigns (PR, digital, SMM, website, blog, events, customer testimonials, co-marketing with partners, memberships, etc.) and activations to support sales goals and customer acquisition in the target region(s). • Align closely with regional sales and partner teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, content and tools that drive conversion. • Lead ABM marketing campaigns for regional AMs. • Plan together with event team and execute events, including industry conferences, meetups, hands-on workshops, hackathons, data center visits, webinars and executive briefings. • Identify and engage with AI user communities, developer groups and industry influencers through meetups, sponsorships and speaker opportunities. • Track and report on field marketing funnel, with a focus on lead quality and revenue contribution. • Collect insights from the field to align product positioning, verify region-specific sales practice, track local competition landscape and market trends. • Tailor global messaging and product narratives to resonate with local audiences if needed. • Create regional funnel dashboards, make sure that mkt efforts are tracked via HubSpot, coordinate campaigns budgets and metrics.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B field or regional marketing, ideally in tech sector. • Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including user personas such as Founders, CTOs, ML engineers, data scientists, AI researchers. • Demonstrated success organizing field programs that combine digital, in-person and partner-led elements. • Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
