• Own the user onboarding strategy across self-service and managed customer journeys. • Define and optimize trial experiences and product-led growth funnels to maximize user acquisition and engagement. • Drive the conversion of self-service users to managed accounts by designing frictionless upgrade paths. • Shape the managed onboarding process from proof of concept (POC) to production deployments for enterprise customers. • Partner with UX, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive onboarding experiences. • Analyze funnel performance and customer activation metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. • Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously refine onboarding touchpoints. • Communicate onboarding strategy, progress, and business impact to internal stakeholders.
• Proven product management experience (3+ years), ideally in cloud computing, SaaS, or developer-focused products. • Strong understanding of onboarding, activation, and conversion funnels in PLG environments. • (Semi-)technical background or experience working closely with cloud providers, infrastructure platforms, or developer tools. • Strong analytical skills and fluency with product usage metrics, experiment design, and KPIs. • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills. • Customer-first mindset with proven experience building lifecycle journeys that balance frictionless self-service with structured enterprise onboarding. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or technical education is a plus.
