📋 Description

• Act as the design owner for data visualization at Nebius Platform and Nebius Grafana, establishing best practices and ensuring consistency across all observability experiences. • Work closely with Observability Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle • Design clear, scalable interfaces for complex cloud and AI infrastructure products • Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user flows and interaction models • Clearly present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product • Contribute to the design of other Compute services in Nebius Console when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience designing data visualizations and dashboards for observability, monitoring, analytics, or similar products. • Deep understanding of data visualization and information visualization principles, including visual hierarchy and selecting appropriate visualization techniques for different use cases. • Strong understanding of metrics, time-series data, and how users interpret and analyze them. • Ability to define and drive best practices for dashboard design and data visualization across the platform. • Ability to balance usability, consistency, and innovation in complex systems. • Solid understanding of the product design process, including discovery, validation, and delivery. • Experience collaborating with designers in a shared product and design system environment.
