📋 Description
• Drive planning and execution across multiple engineering and product teams. • Align requirements from Sales, Partnerships, and other stakeholders. • Help bring clarity and structure to how we launch new external services. • Coordinate service releases, working with Legal. • Prepare deployments to new datacenters. • Manage expectations and demand signals from various internal and external groups.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years as a TPM driving multi-team programs or as an engineering manager/director; SWE background is a plus. staff engineer/staff architect is plus. • Strong technical foundation (cloud architecture, infra, APIs, CI/CD, service deployments). • Experience launching services, managing cross-team work, and aligning stakeholders without formal authority. • Ability to work with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Engineering to manage expectations and consolidate external demand. • Analytical mindset, experience with planning tools, and ability to adapt processes as the organization grows.
