📋 Description
• Author and maintain customer-facing documentation: conceptual explanations, tutorials and step-by-step instructions, architecture overviews and references. • Review and revise content authored by other technical writers to ensure quality and completeness. • Write and maintain UI texts that elevate and streamline user experience, are consistent and aligned with the documentation. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, solution architects and support engineers to produce insights into user journeys and improve the documentation and UI texts accordingly. • Establish best practices on writing style, workflows, docs infrastructure and automations
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in UX writing • 5+ years of experience in technical writing • Excellent skills in written and spoken English • Experience with docs-as-code approach • Familiarity with concepts in cloud computing (virtual machines and containers, Kubernetes, storage…) and ML/AI (training, inference, fine-tuning…)
