📋 Description

• Our customer is in need of a Support Engineer to assist with their VMWare Horizon/VDI infrastructure. • The position entails 2nd/3rd line support responsibilities, to maintain, support, and troubleshoot any issues to the infrastructure. • This is an urgent 3-month remote contract with no on-site travel required. • Key Emphasis is on VMWare Horizon (Version 8), which will be the main focus of this role. • You will need to possess demonstrable experience of supporting an Horizon estate.

• Horizon Version 8 (Particularly with versions 2212 to 2312) • Citrix Netscaler • GSLB • Knowledge of Cisco UCS hardware • Extreme IO Storage knowledge • FSLogix
