📋 Description

• The Senior SDR is the initial growth engine for Negócios de Alto Valor, responsible for proactively identifying, prospecting, and qualifying high-potential independent professionals. • Your mission is to schedule qualified meetings for the sales team, ensuring a consistent, high-quality pipeline. • You will act as an ambassador for our Values and Mantras, especially "Stay strong, stay hungry" and "High value is a way of life." • To be considered an "A-Player" in this role, the Senior SDR must consistently meet and exceed expected results, including generating qualified leads and demonstrating prospecting efficiency. • You must ensure pipeline quality, making sure that 90% of scheduled meetings are accepted and result in a clear next step. • Propose and implement process or prospecting tool improvements that positively impact the SDR team's performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communication, or Sales). • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar B2B outbound prospecting role. • Track record of consistently exceeding meeting-scheduling targets. • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). • Mastery of Outbound Prospecting Techniques: expertise in cold calling, cold emailing, social selling (especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Instagram), and other cold and warm outreach strategies. • Ability to build and manage your own prospecting pipeline, ensuring both volume and quality. • Skill in effectively qualifying leads by identifying pain points, needs, and alignment with Negócios de Alto Valor’s ideal customer profile. • Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese, with the ability to create personalized and persuasive messages. • Ability to analyze prospecting metrics—such as open rates, click-throughs, responses, and conversion-to-meeting rates—and use them to optimize strategies (data-driven decision making).
