• This is a remote position. • Reports to: Customer Success Coordinator / Head of Operations I. • The Traffic Manager is a strategic pillar within the Customer Success team at Negócios de Alto Valor. • Your mission is to structure, launch and optimize paid media campaigns for the consultancy’s clients, ensuring predictability, performance and the generation of real opportunities. • You are responsible for translating strategy into measurable performance and delivering campaigns that produce real, bottom-line results. • You will work closely with account managers (CS), copywriters and designers, acting as the steward of our clients’ ad budgets. • Your work contributes directly to the company’s "Big Dream" of transforming 10,000 independent professionals into entrepreneurs.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields). • Proven experience managing paid traffic for lead generation (minimum 2 years). • Track record of campaigns focused on generating MQLs/SQLs (B2B, digital products, consulting or services). • Proficiency in Meta Ads (required) and familiarity with Google Ads (preferred). • Ability to configure events, pixels, audiences, UTM parameters and conversion APIs. • Ability to read and interpret metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, CPM and conversion rates. • Experience with lead form campaigns, landing pages, VSLs and remarketing. • Intermediate/advanced use of spreadsheets and dashboards (Data Studio or Zoho Analytics). • Knowledge of CRM, automation and tracking tools (Zoho, Tag Manager, etc.). • Proactivity, sense of urgency and ownership. • Clear communication across different profiles (clients, CS, copywriters). • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning. • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
