📋 Description

• Responsible for designing and building high-polish, fail-safe user experiences across member-facing applications and clinical workflows. • Lead by example in an environment where engineers invest in understanding the "why" before deciding the "how." • Own outcomes end-to-end, seeking architectural changes or automation that makes things significantly better. • Work across Product, Data Science, and Hardware teams in a vertically integrated organization. • Drive critical reliability and quality initiatives ensuring systems are robust and scalable. • Influence and mentor engineers, raising the bar for technical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and operating large-scale products with real customer usage. • Proven strength in full-stack engineering with a strong product sense and ownership mindset. You solve the problem regardless of the tool. • Daily use of AI coding tools, with a deeply curious mindset and the ability to articulate when and how AI accelerates development. • Evidence of deep problem-solving ability, thinking beyond assigned tasks to deliver impactful, member-first outcomes. • Experience designing or contributing to complex systems in production environments. • Ability to work effectively with non-engineering teams and translate technical decisions into business impact.
