📋 Description

• Add and update leads, clients, and project data in Airtable and Asana • Manage invoicing: draft, cross-check, and track payments in stripe • Review and reconcile expenses from Ramp and QuickBooks • Track project costs, budgets, and margins • Cross-check payments, reimbursements, and vendor invoices for accuracy • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (revenue, costs, utilization) • Support monthly summaries, reconciliations, and approvals • Identify recurring manual tasks and suggest automation (e.g., formulas, Zapier) • Identify trends or discrepancies and flag them to the leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication and attention to detail • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) • Experience with QuickBooks, Ramp, Airtable, or Asana • Basic accounting or finance background preferred • Analytical mindset — able to turn raw data into clear insights • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
