• Manage full project lifecycle: from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure. • Requirements management: elicit, analyze, document, and support requirements throughout the project lifecycle. • Align project goals with business and tech teams, and make sure everyone’s on the same page. • Organize day-to-day work in the team: task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups. • Maintain project documentation: roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, etc. • Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders. • Track progress, identify blockers early, and adjust plans as needed. • Communicate clearly with all sides — keeping stakeholders up to date on status, risks, and changes. • Contribute to improving PM processes and tools inside the PMO.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects. • Comfortable juggling several projects and working with distributed teams. • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban). • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical things in plain language. • Fluent in English and Russian — both written and spoken (B2+ or higher). • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things on track. • Able to handle deadlines, resolve conflicts, and keep the team aligned. • Nice to Have: Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.) • Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
