📋 Description

• Communicate with customers, employees, and vendors to provide clear return instructions and ensure timely equipment recovery. • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end return process for company equipment. • Track and document returned items within inventory management systems to maintain accurate records. • Process returns requests and issue Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) in accordance with company procedures. • Monitor outstanding and unreturned equipment, following up as needed to minimize loss and ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple return requests and priorities simultaneously • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and processing of equipment returns • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and vendors • Proficiency in inventory management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) • Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies related to returned or missing equipment • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Basic understanding of logistics, shipping processes, and return merchandise authorization (RMA) procedures • Customer service mindset with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness. • HS Diploma and customer service experience
