📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers to support designated product lines and commodity needs • Prepare bid requests, contract proposals, and related documentation to initiate and support procurement processes • Negotiate and execute supplier agreements that help secure a competitive market position for the organization • Manage supplier performance, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), risk mitigation, and issue resolution • Identify key materials and develop secondary and tertiary supplier strategies to support supply continuity • Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and other internal teams to onboard suppliers and resolve supplier-related concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, supply chain, or a related business function • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills • Ability to assess market conditions, identify sourcing risks, and recommend appropriate business actions • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, or Legal • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, documents, and supplier onboarding requirements • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment and a professional approach to stakeholder management
