📋 Description
• Define and sustain a clear strategy for the development, evolution, and launch of products, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives; • Translate corporate strategy into product plans with goals, OKRs, and success metrics, ensuring coherence across squad initiatives; • Make strategic decisions on prioritization and resource allocation, balancing customer value, financial return, and operational capacity; • Lead the Product team, promoting technical and behavioral growth, role clarity, and individual accountability; • Ensure effective and transparent communication between Product, Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, Sales and other areas involved in the product lifecycle; • Optimize the use of budget and resources, continuously seeking efficiency, focus, and scale; • Monitor and enforce performance indicators, both business (value, margin, NPS, retention) and operational efficiency (capacity, efficiency, quality, and outcomes); • Anticipate market trends and changes in customer behavior, turning insights into opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation; • Promote a culture of continuous learning, results orientation, and constant improvement, aligned with Neogrid’s pillars of performance and excellence; • Act as a link between executive strategy and the squads’ practical execution — in both discovery and delivery — ensuring pace, clarity, and consistency in deliveries.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience leading Product teams, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments; • Proven track record of recruiting and developing Product Managers; • Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing a product portfolio, and managing multiple workstreams; • Ability to break down corporate goals into measurable product plans with clear impact; • Experience with OKRs, product metrics, and governance rituals; • Strong data orientation, analytical mindset, and focus on value creation; • Excellent communication and influencing skills in cross-functional and executive settings.
