📋 Description

• Perform audits of clients' commercial actions, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with policy • Review and verify documents uploaded into the system, validating their compliance • Help identify and track outstanding documentation • Distribute and monitor status reports of completed validations • Advise clients on necessary adjustments and regularizations • Conduct follow-up meetings to align on outstanding items and next steps • Assist in organizing information and operational controls • Resolve simple inconsistencies and contribute to continuous process improvement • Provide training to enable users to use the commercial action verification feature

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel • Experience in customer service • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational skills and effective time management • Proactivity and ability to work autonomously • Ability to adapt easily to change and new challenges • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks • Resilience • Genuine interest in continuous learning and professional development • Familiarity with, or interest in, using Artificial Intelligence tools in a corporate environment • Experience with audit processes (a plus) • Experience working in technology companies (a plus)
