📋 Description
• Extracting and merging data from different sources and liaising with various client teams • Responsible for building reports and dashboards (Power BI) to monitor results and operational metrics (intermediate level) • Analyzing and interpreting results, seeking daily optimizations and innovations based on analytical solutions • Interacting with teams to understand customer journeys and correlating them with quantitative assessments and analyses
🎯 Requirements
• Business insight and communication skills • Experience working with KPIs/metrics • Curiosity and willingness to learn • 1 year in an analyst role • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress • Degree in a quantitative field (preferred) • Experience as an analyst or in a similar role • Experience in data processing/handling • Experience using business intelligence tools (Microsoft Power BI) and data processing • Advanced Excel skills • Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, ETL, and views • Basic knowledge of Python
