📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution: Drive initiatives from ideation and technical discovery through to final delivery. As the lead engineer, you will be hands-on—writing code, leading and participating in design reviews, shipping to production, responding to incidents, and removing blockers for teammates. • Define product strategy & vision: Serve as the de-facto Product Manager for the AI Platform. You will convert ambiguity into clarity, set product direction, make critical investment and prioritization decisions, and communicate the roadmap to stakeholders across the company. • Architect and build: Design and implement robust, scalable technical solutions. Translate business needs into technical specifications, making key decisions on architecture, performance, and cost efficiency while considering broader team and company objectives. • Drive adoption and impact: Own the platform’s success by monitoring adoption, usage, performance, and value generated. Iterate quickly based on metrics and feedback to ensure the platform effectively addresses customer pain points and delivers measurable business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Applied AI experience: Direct, hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating products or platforms powered by modern AI infrastructure (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic). • Strong technical foundation: Proven expertise in software engineering with hands-on experience implementing scalable, AI-driven solutions in cloud environments (preferably AWS and Kubernetes). • Product leadership experience: Demonstrated track record of driving product decisions, managing a roadmap, conducting discovery, and prioritizing effectively. • Evaluation expertise: Experience designing and running application-level evaluations and integrating them with A/B testing and model evaluation frameworks. • Familiarity with AI tooling: Experience with open-source AI toolkits and frameworks (e.g., LangFuse, LiteLLM, Agno). • Business acumen: Ability to connect technical rationale to business objectives and translate technology into tangible impact. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in collaborative, high-ambiguity environments with a strong interest in applied AI and a commitment to continuous learning.
